Peter Jackson may have been able to squeeze three movies out of J.R.R. Tolkien's classic children's novel The Hobbit, but a new fan-made re-edit of the trailers and television spots for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has done a pretty good job of wrapping up the Lord of the Rings prequel in just seven-and-a-half minutes.
"This is a fan made compilation of all The Hobbit: Unexpected Journey trailers and TV spots, including: Announcement trailer, Announcement trailer (G), Trailer 1, TV Spot 1 - 7, UK 1 minute TV spot, Japanese 1 minute TV Spot. Shots and sequences have been re-ordered into the possible running order of the final film. The audio can be choppy in places as original trailer background music overlaps much of the dialogue."
Of course, there's less than a three week wait now until we can see the entire thing (well, the first part, at least), with The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey hitting UK cinemas on Thursday, December 13th ahead of a North American release the following day.
