First look at the Wachowkis' Jupiter Ascending

A brief teaser for the trailer of the frankly bonkers sounding Jupiter Ascending has debuted over at Entertainment Tonight. Directors Andy and Lana Wachowski's Cloud Atlas was incredibly ambitious but failed both critically and financially and Jupiter Ascending, although by no means any less ambitious, looks far more accessible.

Jupiter Ascending stars Mila Kunis (Ted, Black Swan) as Jupiter Jones who spends her days cleaning toilets until a genetically modified albino, werewolf / human hybrid - Channing Tatum (Magic Mike) - shows that she might be the key to altering everything around her. Also featuring in the cast are Sean Bean (Game of Thrones), Eddie Redmayne (Les Miserables), Douglas Booth (Noah), Tuppence Middleton (Trance), Doona Bae (Cloud Atlas) and James D'Arcy (Hitchcock).
