It was first set for release in December 2012, then summer 2013 and now James Rolfe has given us an update on the feature length Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie along with its poster.

In the video update, Rolfe says that there is still parts of the film that need to be shot and they are working on the visual effects. When posing the question of a release date, he says that he genuinely doesn't know - but has promised that it will be worth the wait.

Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie is a feature length version of Rolfe's Internet review show and has been in development for some time now. The film sees The Nerd track down the landfill in Mexico that apparently has all of the unsold copies of E.T: The Extra Terrestrial for the Atari 2600, said to be the worst game ever made.
