Christian Bale has commented that after his stint as The Dark Knight he would be tackling smaller films, and now we know when we will be seeing the first.
Relativity Media have been shuffling their release dates, and with that comes the announcement that Out of the Furnace will be released on October 4th this year.
There isn't much information out there, bar this small synopsis:
"Two brothers live in the economically-depressed Rust Belt, when a cruel twist of fate lands one in prison. His brother is then lured into one of the most violent crime rings in the Northeast."
The film, directed by Scott Cooper (good strong name there), also stars Casey Affleck (Gone Baby Gone) and Zoe Saldana (Star Trek Into Darkness).
