Christopher Mintz-Plasse's Red Mist is out for revenge against the costumed crime-fighters Kick-Ass (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Hit-Girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) in the upcoming superhero sequel Kick-Ass 2, but before he puts his plans in action he's also set to undergo a makeover, transforming himself into the world's first supervillain, The Motherfucker, who just so happens to be the subject of the latest character poster. Somehow, I don't think we'll be seeing too many of these around the local multiplex...

It's certainly been a busy week for Kick-Ass fans, what with the release of a Hit-Girl-centric trailer (in both green-band and red-band versions), along with character posters for Hit-Girl and Jim Carrey's Colonel Stars and Stripes.
Kick-Ass 2 is based on the comic book by Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr. and also features lark Duke (Hot Tub Time Machine), Lyndsy Fonseca (Nikita), Donald Faison (Scrubs), Lindy Booth (The Philanthropist), John Leguizamo (Spawn), Robert Emms (Broken), Andy Nyman (Black Death), Daniel Kaluuya (Black Mirror), Augustus Prew (The Borgias), Morris Chestnut (The Call) and Claudia Lee (Hart of Dixie). The film opens in the UK on July 19th and across North America on August 16th.
