It's an exciting time for fans of Game of Thrones, what with the home entertainment release of season 2, not to mention the premiere of the hotly-anticipated third season on HBO next month. We're still yet to see an actual trailer for season 3 (although we have had a short teaser to tide us over), but if you're desperate for some new footage from the epic fantasy series you'll be pleased to know that several deleted scenes from season 2 have arrived online, and you can watch them right here.
The scenes in question feature Petyr Baelish (Aidan Gillen) and Varys (Conleth Hill), Loras (Finn Jones) and Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer), Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Sandor Clegane (Rory McCann), and Irri's (Amrita Acharia) death at the hands of Doreah (Roxanne McKee). Apart from a bit of violence in that last scene, they're pretty much safe for work. There's certainly no sex or nudity... as if any of that would end up on the cutting room floor...
Game of Thrones: The Complete Second Season - Season 2 is out now in North America and released in the UK on March 4th, while season three gets underway on HBO on March 31st.
