In addition to the new images, it's also been announced that Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2 will receive its world premiere in New York on January 23rd, 2013, followed by a West Coast premiere in Los Angeles on January 28th, 2013. The New York screening will be followed by a panel discussion led by casting and voice director Andrea Romano, while the Los Angeles screening's Q&A will feature Romano, executive producer Bruce Timm, director Jay Olivia and writer Bob Goodman.
A limited number of free tickets for both screenings are available for the general public. Fans wishing to receive free tickets to the New York event on January 23 must RSVP via email to DKReturns2NY@gmail.com. Fans wishing to receive free tickets to the Los Angeles event on January 28 must RSVP via email to DKReturns2LA@gmail.com.
The body of all fan RSVP emails MUST include the following:
- Name of the entrant
- A valid email address
- The name of the media outlet/website by which the entrant learned of the screening
- Tickets to both events will be distributed on a “first come, first served” basis, and fans will be notified via email.
