Universal Pictures has released a new poster and trailer for Neighbors, the upcoming comedy from director Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) which stars Seth Rogen (This Is the End) and Rose Byrne (Insidious: Chapter 2) as a married couple with arrested development who are forced to live next to a frat house headed up by Zac Efron (The Paperboy) and Dave Franco (21 Jump Street) after the birth of their child.
