Legendary British filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock looks set to make a triumphant return to cinemas this November (well, in the States at least) as Oscar winners Anthony Hopkins (The Silence of the Lambs) and Helen Mirren (The Queen) take on the roles of Hitch and his wife and muse Alma Reville in Hitchcock - a love story set during the production of Hitchcock's seminal 1960 chiller, Psycho. Ahead of the film's release, The Hollywood Reporter has debuted the final theatrical one sheet for the hotly-anticipated biopic:
Directed by Sacha Gervasi (Anvil! The Story of Anvil) and based upon Stephen Rebello's book Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, Hitchcock also features Scarlett Johansson (The Avengers) as Janet Leigh, Jessica Biel (Total Recall) as Vera Miles and James D'Arcy (Cloud Atlas) as Anthony Perkins, while the rest of the supporting cast includes Toni Collette (Fright Night), Danny Huston (Wrath of the Titans), Michael Stuhlbarg (Men in Black 3), Kurtwood Smith (RoboCop), Richard Portnow (se7en), Michael Wincott (The Crow) and Ralph Macchio (The Karate Kid).
Hitchcock opens in North America on November 23rd ahead of a UK release on February 8th, 2013.
