Black joins a star studded cast that already includes Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and Tyrese Gibson. Most recently the film has cast the likes of Tony Jaa and Djimon Hounsou. Jason Statham also joins the cast as the villain, which was noted in Fast & Furious 6’s end credits.
This comes as somewhat of a surprise as it seemed like not only did the writers forget about Tokyo Drift but forgot about Lucas Black as well. It’ll be great to see him join the crew and finally see the timeline of these films in the right order.
