The Wrap reports that Ratajkowski will play Andie in the film, a college student with whom Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) has an affair after his wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), goes missing under suspect circumstances.
Gone Girl is based on Gillian Flynn's mystery novel of the same name and will be directed by Fincher (The Social Network, Fight Club). As well as the aforementioned players, the cast also includes Neil Patrick Harris (Starship Troopers, The Smurfs) as Desi Collins and Tyler Perry (Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Star Trek) as Tanner Bolt.
It's currently scheduled for a 2015 US release.
