Meanwhile, speaking to EW, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg has revealed that cameras will roll on The Flash's first appearance starting from September 30th, meaning that we should discover the identity of the actor set to portray Barry Allen in the very near future: "We’ll have to have somebody by September 30, which is when we start shooting [his first] episode. So there is that timeline. But it’s been a really exciting process just getting to meet so many fantastic actors and seeing the enthusiasm that so many people around town have for the character.
