It seems we might not have to refer to the fourth instalment in Michael Bay's Transformers movie franchise as the 'Untitled Transformers Sequel' for much longer, with tech website Fusible discovering that Paramount Pictures has registered three new domain names through the same agency they used to register the official site for Transformers: Dark of the Moon back in 2010.
According to the report, on August 27th Paramount registered domains for Transformers: Apocalypse, Transformers: Last Stand and Transformers: Future Cast. The latter two immediately evoke X-Men: The Last Stand (which also happens to feature Transformers 4 villain Kelsey Grammar) and next year's X-Men: Days of Future Past, so of three Apocalypse would seem the most likely contender, but with Transformers 4 set to kick-start a new trilogy, there is the possibility that Paramount has already settled on the titles for the next three movies. And of course there's also the possibility that all three titles are for some completely unrelated Transformers project such as a new animated show or video game.
Transformers 4 is set for release on June 27th, 2014 with a cast that includes Mark Wahlberg (Pain & Gain), Jack Reynor (What Richard Did), Stanley Tucci (Captain America: The First Avenger), Nicola Peltz (Bates Motel), Bingbing Li (Resident Evil: Retribution), Sophia Myles (Underworld), Titus Welliver (Lost) and T.J. Miller (She's Out of My League).
