New clip from Marvel's Agent Carter starring Hayley Atwell

Before Hayley Atwell returns as Peggy Carter in next year's Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the actress is set to take centre stage in the next Marvel One-Shot, reprising the role of the World War II heroine alongside Dominic Cooper's Howard Stark for the latest Marvel One-Shot Agent Carter. The short is set to feature on the home-entertainment release of Iron Man 3 in September, but to give us a sneak peek Marvel has released a new clip, which you can check out after the official synopsis...

"Picking up where the events of Captain America: The First Avenger left off, Agent Carter tracks British operative Peggy Carter as she joins the nascent S.H.I.E.L.D. organization. As she searches for the enigmatic Zodiac key, Agent Carter also battles her sexist, bureaucratic boss, Agent Flynn (The West Wing’s Bradley Whitford), who thinks women have no place in the secret-agent business. Co-starring Dominic Cooper (Captain America: The First Avenger) as Howard Stark, Agent Carter is the fourth entry in the fan-favorite Marvel One-Shot Short Film Series, which exists within the continuity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe."


Agent Carter will accompany the Blu-ray release of Iron Man 3, which hits shelves on September 9th in the UK and September 24th in North America. Watch the first clip here.
