B.J. Davis will direct the film and the script has been written by Howard Cohen. The story revolves around a group who revisit and question the independent investigation into the tragic events of September 11th 2001. It is said to be in the same vein as Twelve Angry Men. Ed Asner, John Heard, Esai Morales, Daniel Sunjata, and Judd Nelson also star in the film.
