I can only presume SyFy are running out of things to bash together, so rather than use two creatures they've decided to merge a creature with a force of nature.
Anyway, a brief first trailer for Sharknado has been released and you can watch it below...

With a synopsis like that how could you not want to watch it?
Starring Tara Reid (American Pie) and John Heard (Home Alone), Sharknado will premiere on Syfy on Thursday, July 11th at 9PM in the US, so we are sure to be blessed with it soon.
