The sequel to 2010's Grindhouse spin-off Machete sees Danny Trejo returning as the ex-Federale, who is recruited by Sheen's POTS to take down a madman revolutionary and a billionaire arms dealer who plans to launch a weapon from space, spreading war and anarchy across the planet. Trejo is joined in the cast by returning stars Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Tom Savini and Electra and Elise Avellan, while new additions include Vanessa Hudgens (Spring Breakers), Amber Heard (Drive Angry), Alexa Vega (Spy Kids), Antonio Banderas (Desperado), Sofía Vergara (Modern Family), Demian Bichir (A Better Life), Zoe Saldana (Star Trek Into Darkness), Cuba Gooding Jr. (Red Tails), William Sadler (Iron Man 3) and Mel Gibson (Braveheart), along with pop superstar Lady Gaga.
Machete is set for release in North America on October 4th.
