Release dates for Escape Plan and The Expendables 3

Are you fan of 80s style action films? Who isn't, I hear you say?

Good news! Lionsgate and Summit have announced the release dates for The Expendables 3 and Escape Plan.

The Expendables 3, once again starring Sylvester Stallone (with rumours abound that Nicolas Cage, Wesley Snipes and Jackie Chan are on board), is set for release on August 15th, 2014.

Escape Plan (formerly The Tomb), again stars Stallone. This time he shares the spotlight with Arnold Schwarzenegger as they play cell mates planning to escape a maximum security prison. It's set for release on October 18th, 2013.

Hopefully both can fix the damage caused by the lower than expected box office for Bullet to The Head and The Last Stand.
