With less than a year to go until its release date, production roles along on Gareth Edwards' 2014 Godzilla reboot and now we have a new set photo to whet our appetites.

The photo was accompanied by the comment, "path of destruction #behindthescenes #onset" and it shows just that - Godzilla's war path.
This new Godzilla reboot has been promised by the cast and crew to be taking The King of the Monsters back to his classic routes as opposed to the "Earth Saviour" he was in several of his movies in the 60s and 70s.
Godzilla is based on a script written by Frank Darabont (The Mist) and features Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass 2), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene), Ken Wantabe (Inception), Juliette Binoche (The English Patient), David Strathairn (The Bourne Ultimatum) and Akira Takarada (Gojira). The film is set for release on May 16th 2014 to mark the monster's 60th Anniversary.
