Warner Bros. has a little movie coming out in just under two weeks. You might have heard something about it, but just in case you haven't, the studio has delivered a tonne of promotional material to make sure there's absolutely no chance it slips under your radar...

I'm talking of course about the eagerly-awaited Man of Steel from director Zack Snyder (Watchmen) and producer Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight Rises), and unless you've been living under a rock for the past year or so I'm sure you're all too aware that Superman is set to return to the big screen less than a fortnight from now. And so, the promotional blitz continues, with the studio releasing an in-depth 13 minute publicity featurette [via ComicBookMovie], in addition to a batch of video interviews with Henry Cavill (Superman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Michael Shannon (General Zod), Kevin Costner (Jonathan Kent), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Russell Crowe (Jor-El), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Ayelet Zurer (Lara Lor-Van), director Zack Snyder and producers Deborah Snyder, Charles Roven and Wesley Coller.

But before all that we'll get things underway with a new extended international TV spot...

"In the pantheon of superheroes, Superman is the most recognized and revered character of all time. Clark Kent/Kal-El is a young twenty-something journalist who feels alienated by powers beyond his imagination. Transported years ago to Earth from Krypton, a highly advanced, distant planet, Clark struggles with the ultimate question 'Why am I here?' Shaped by the values of his adoptive parents Martha and Jonathan Kent, Clark discovers having extraordinary abilities means making difficult decisions. When the world is in dire need of stability, an even greater threat emerges. Clark must become a Man of Steel, to protect the people he loves and shine as the world's beacon of hope -- Superman."
