Man of Steel featurette offers new footage from the Battle of Smallville

It's been a couple of days since we've seen any new trailers, TV spots, posters, shaving commercials or other forms of marketing material for Man of Steel, but before you start suffering withdrawal symptoms, a new featurette has arrived online as part of a promotional tie-in between Warner Bros. and Sears which should go some way to satisfying your Superman cravings for the time being.

In addition to interviews with the likes of director Zack Snyder, screenwriter David S. Goyer, producers Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder and stars Henry Cavill (Superman), Michael Shannon (General Zod), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Russell Crowe (Jor-El), Kevin Costner (Jonathan Kent), the featurette also offers up some snippets of new footage and behind-the-scenes video from the 'Battle of Smallville' between Superman and Zod's right hand woman Faora (Antje Traue).
