Well, it's only taken 52 days, but director Marc Webb has finally dropped something of interest in his daily series of behind-the-scenes tweets from the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Last week, we got our first look at Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained) in full make-up as Electro, and now Webb has gave us the first official shot of the character, albeit as his alter-ego Max Dillon:

And if that's not enough, Dane DeHaan (The Place Beyond the Pines) has also tweeted the first shot of himself in character as Harry Osborn:

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is currently filming in NYC, with Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker / Spider-Man), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy) and Sally Field (Aunt May) returning alongside Shailene Woodley (The Descendants) as Mary Jane Watson, Paul Giamatti (Sideways) as Rhino and Chris Cooper (American Beauty) as Norman Osborn, while Felicity Jones (Like Crazy), Colm Feore (Thor) and B.J. Novak (The Office) will appear in as-yet-unrevealed roles. The film is due for release on May 2nd, 2014.
