Last month we saw the first trailer for the Luc Besson-produced action sequel Taken 2, and now comes a new shorter international trailer which features more of Liam Neeson's retired CIA killing machine Bryan Mills employing his particular skillset against a bunch of Albanian thugs. Directed by Oliver Megaton (Transporter 3, Colombiana), Taken 2 sees the father of one of the Albanian gangsters from the first movie swearing revenge against Mills for the death of his son. Mills and his wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) are 'taken' in retribution, but of course the mobsters will soon find out it would have been much less painful for them had they simply put a bullet in his head... they never learn these movie bad guys, do they?
Taken 2 is sscheduled for release on October 5th.
