Joe: The Cobra Files written by Mike Costa and drawn by artist Antonio Fuse, IDW Publishing completes the 2013 relaunch of the comic books centring around the classic action figures created by Hasbro.The Cobra Files tells the dark, character-driven story of Chameleon, a former Cobra agent who’s found her way into the G.I.
