Ninja Turtles casts Leonardo, Donatello and Michaelangelo

Last week it was revealed that director Jonathan Leibesman (Wrath of the Titans) and producer Michael Bay (Pain & Gain) had found their Raphael in Alan Ritchson (Smallville, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), and now it seems they've rounded out the roster of the Heroes in a Half-Shell for the upcoming Ninja Turtles reboot with another three up-and-coming actors.

According to Deadline, Pete Ploszek (Parks and Recreation, Shameless) has been cast as Leonardo, with Jeremy Howard (Galaxy Quest, How the Grinch Stole Christmas) set to portray Donatello and Noel Fisher (Hatfields & McCoys, Battle Los Angeles) signing on for Michaelangelo. It is said that "sophisticated Avatar-like" technology will be used to bring the Turtles to life (which should be a great help when it comes to that whole new alien element).

Along with the four Turtles, Megan Fox (Transformers) will appear in the reboot as April O'Neill, while Deadline is also reporting that Shredder is likely to be cast shortly. Ninja Turtles is currently set for release on June 6th, 2014.
